From fries to fuel.
Frying out Waste to Energy.
WHY COUNT ON US?
Our website "PlanetPlate" provides cheaper, better and more efficient way with a little bit of extra effort that is Re-refining. Re-refining of used oil is an environmentally friendly way to manage used oil, as it reduces the amount of waste oil that is disposed of in landfills or burned for energy. It also reduces the demand for virgin crude oil, which is a non-renewable resource. Re-refining is important for several reasons:
1.Conservation of Resources: Re-refining used oil is a way to conserve this resource and reduce the need for virgin crude oil.
2.Environmental Benefits: Used oil is considered a hazardous waste and improper disposal can lead to soil and water pollution. By re-refining used oil, it prevents it from being disposed of improperly, reduces the amount of oil waste and environmental contamination.
3.Cost-Effective: Re-refining used oil can be cost-effective compared to producing new base oil from crude oil, as the used oil is already partially refined and requires less energy to process.
4.High-Quality Base Oil: Re-refined oil can produce a high-quality base oil that meets or exceeds industry standards for use in automotive, industrial, and other lubricant applications.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW?

Because re-refined oil goes through the same refining and distillation process as the crude oil that later becomes virgin, it can be as high of quality if not higher than virgin. Re-refining waste oil is environmentally friendly and requires significantly less energy to produce than virgin.

The filtration process begins by placing all material into setting tanks to remove all solids. The last step of the rendering process involves a high-temperature cooking and drying procedure used to decontaminate and separate useable and recyclable fat. It is heated in a vacuum to help volatile impurities.

Used oil should not be thrown into bins. Rather keep them unattended and list it to sale into for several cosmetics, biogas and animal food producing industry.
